ok thanks, I tried this and it was ok, but say I wanted to look for another
email, every time I pressed the f3, it just gave me the previous one I had
searched for again as well as a message asking if I wanted to start at the
top again yes/no.
Is there a way to clear out the search string to start a new one?

Is there a command or hotkeys to look for emails within folders in OE?
I had deleted one and needed it back and having 130 deleted emails to
look through was getting extremely tedious, but I couldn't seem to find
any key combo to evoke a search.
I'm sure there is one, but I can't recall what it is?
