The lights on verizon router have three colors red power is ok orange power is problem any other lights will do orange for problem and green flashing for ok.

Hi Patricia; If you can tell them what lights are on/off in an order, let's say from top to bottom, and the IP tech person can't determine which of these lights is supposed to be On/off and what their colors should be, it is probably a tech support person that you don't want to talk to in the first place. I don't think any of the lights on a modem are suppose to glow in more than 1 color. Take care.
