I have Jaws 11 and XP Pro, and this seems to be the first time I have
experienced the problem, and it's not consistent! I probably need to go and
get whatever updates that 11 has.

When I use Outlook Express in my XP virtual machine with JAWS 12, I don't
recall experiencing this problem. This is the only JAWS I have on my XP
virtual machine currently. If anyone wants me to try it with earlier
