Just save the file they send you, go to the dongle viewer and tab to, update. Navigate to the file you saved and then tab to, submit. I am also having an authorization problem that began with this laptop several months ago. Whenever I would install a program or a driver, I would lose my authorization. It happened so frequently that FS finally denied any new authorizations for me. I was forced to switch to using a dongle and even now I have to update my dongle no fewer times than 3 or 4 times a week. It keeps reverting back to Windows Home for some reason.
