well whatever works for ya. I saved a spreadsheet in the text format, and
just prefer to read it in excel myself.

needed to read. It is much easier to read in Notepad though! LOL I

It is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file. If you have Word, you probably
have Excel as part of Office. It is probably most easily read with Excel.
However, if it does not contain many columns or extremely wide, perhaps it
could be converted to a Word table.

I have received an .XLS file that I'm having a hard time trying to read.
