hello, 1. navigate to the starting possition of the audio file that you want to edit. this can be done one of several ways. you can use F4 or space bar to play right from the beginning. but that would take much time. try left and right arrows. that should take you to the closest position of the file. you can use L to fast forward and J to revine. 2. when you get the exact starting position, hit F7 to pauce and press left bracket to insert the start marker. 3. press F7 again to resume playback and press F7 again to pauce when you reach the exact ending position and press right bracket to insert finish marker. this will enclose the audio that you want to edit. 4. now press delete key. this should delete you unwanted audio portion.
