Total Recorder does exactly that; allow you to record sound at the very
least. The higher the edition the more it can do. I use the Professional
Edition and it's a very powerful recorder, editor, processor and

i just wanted to let those who use total recorder with jaws that v8.02
now voices menus correctly when you hit the alt key in jaws v11 and
v12. You don't have to hit alt and the letter key together anymore if
you don't want too.
