That is why I had dual sound cards installed in this win 7 machine. I have
one dedicated to jaws and everything else to the other. That way I can
adjust the volume for web page or music if I so desire. For me it made life
so simpler.

Hi Sherri,
You can't change the volume of Jaws independently,
however, you can change the volume of Winamp.
In Winamp, use the up and down arrow keys to control the volume.

Sorry, no there isn't, XP is one of those opperating systems that don't
allow indevidual volume changes such as what your talking about, although
Vista and 7 has that ability via the system tray.

I really feel I should know this and I even looked in Jaws help, but can't
find out how to accomplish this. I am running JFW10 with Windows XP and
Eloquence. Is it possible for me to change the volume of Jaws and leave the
other items I am running, say Winamp, the same volume. If I have Winamp set
to 100%, Jaws is very loud. Is there a way to lower the volume of Jaws
without affecting the Winamp volume? Thanks.
