JAWS regularly says attachment with certain messages I receive when there is
no attachment. The only way I know there is an attachment is if I tab to the
portion of the email where attachments are located.

I might be in on this late.
How do you arrive at the conclusion that you are sending attachments? The
reason I am asking is that some anti-virus programs sometimes indicate
that
email messages have attachments when they in fact do not. So, that gives
rise to the question of what anti-virus program you are using? I recall
this was an issue with earlier versions of AVG.
