is skypetalking free? What else does it tell you? Is it hard to install?

You have different options to get the caller ID. If you install the jaws
scripts for skype with skypewatch enabled, they should tell you who is
calling . You can use an add-on program called "Skypetalking" that will
tell you who is calling and a whole lot more than you can configure. If
you really just want caller ID announcements and nothing else, you can get
a free little program called
audioID for skype
which Mr. Tekkie Dave has on the homepage of this list, I believe. AudioID
uses sapi5 for its announcements but has no way of repeating or reviewing
who called if you did not understand the announcement as it came in.
