You have different options to get the caller ID. If you install the jaws scripts for skype with skypewatch enabled, they should tell you who is calling . You can use an add-on program called "Skypetalking" that will tell you who is calling and a whole lot more than you can configure. If you really just want caller ID announcements and nothing else, you can get a free little program called audioID for skype which Mr. Tekkie Dave has on the homepage of this list, I believe.
