There have been emails about this before which unfortunately I have not kept.
I am using Windows Live mail with the latest update and finding message rules is very hit and miss. It seems I have to do alt v and then cursor down to the lower ribbon and just keep tabbing around in hope but it is taking ages and still I cannot find it. Help!Mandy.
