Ok then how do you make your address book from outlook express into a .csv?
I'm taking it from my desktop and putting it on my laptop.
My desktop is running XP, jaws 12, and outlook express, and my laptop is
windows 7, jaws 12, and outlook.

Actually after reading your message again, I don't think you can import a
.wab file into MSOutlook.
You would need to have a CSV'file,
Although I think there is a .wab converter out there, I've never used
such
thing.

1, you need to enter on;
Import from another program or file
Next you need to;
Down arrow and enter on,
Personal addressbook.
You should now see/hear;
File to import,
Tab once you'll be on the browse button,
And then you can navigate to your thumb drive and find the
addressbook.wab.

You need to;
1, open outlook;
2, now press,
Alt+f=file menu,
Up arrow and enter on,
Import&export
And choose outlook.
3, now you need to choose, import from another file or program,
Now, choose personal addressbook.
Now, you can browse for the file which is on your
Thumbdrive.

2 arrow up to import/export
