In Windows 7, it is possible to change a setting whereby you can tell Windows to keep its notification dialogues, such as help balloons, open for up to five minutes. To do this: 1. Press Windows-U to open the Ease of Access Centre. 2. Tab to and activate the link, "Use the computer without a display". 3.
