Hi,
go to the jaws menu - about if you are running JAWS from the system tray, or in the JAWS application window open the help menu and then, choose about.
Then, enter the searial number that you will see there.
Not the locking code, just the searial number in the fsactivate website to check your authorization numbers and their status.
