Hi David,

That appears to have fixed the issue with JAWS reading incorrectly, but not
the issue with sluggishness. As JAWS reading incorrectly was the more
pressing problem, I am glad we at least have that one fixed.

Hello there;

My first thought would be, do you have the MSOutlook window maximized?

Subject: [JAWS-Users] JAWS 12 and Outlook 2007 Problems

Hello everyone,

I am running Outlook 2007 and the latest version of JAWS 12. I have a
couple issues:

1. When in the message list and in emails, JAWS is very
sluggish-compared to using other applications.

2. When reading emails, JAWS will sometimes read the same line a
second time when I press the down arrow-instead of reading the line that I
am focused on. This also happens when I use the up arrow.

3. When I press the backspace key, JAWS does not accurately tell me
the characters I am deleting; it is accurate in all other Windows programs.

Would anyone have any suggestions about what might be causing my problem(s)?

Thanks,

Michael
