Hi Margaret, A friend of ours had this same problem with Jaws9. The fix for this problem, at least this is what we were told by FS tech support, was to run Jaws9 as a service but, in order to do this, Jaws9 has to be the Jaws version that starts when the computer / Windows starts. When you installed / authorized Jaws12, that should have authorized Jaws12 & all earlier Jaws versions that are installed on the computer. When you ask to have your activation keys renewed, they usually only give you 1 activation key now, where in the past they used to give you your limit of all 3. If I am incorrect or have misstated anything here, someone please jump in & correct me. Hope this helps. Take care. Mike P.S.
