Next you need to start skype, Now when skype loads, Alt+t=tools, O=options, Your now in a list, You can Down arrow until you hear advanced, Or, you can, go quickly to the bottom of the list, which would be, Ctrl+end, you will hear; Hotkeys, Now just up arro until you hear; Advanced, Which would be 2 up arrows, Now just tab until you hear; Manage other programs' access to Skype Press enter.
