Raymond,
I take it you have had success in using speedtest.net with Jaws? I haven't
figured out how to get the speed test to run using Jaws 12 and IE9. I used
it a year or two ago with IE8 but now I cannot find a button or link to
start the test.

Are you using a wireless router?
There isn't a program to speed up your internet, however, you can go to
www.speedtest.net and check your internet speed.
