Hello Mandy; Okay let's start here first.
To turn off, quick views, Open WLM, Next, Alt+v=view, Now, press, the letters; "l" and then, "q". You then will be placed back into the inbox, Shift+tab once, now up arrow, you now should not hear, quick views. Yes David I think that quick view is open although it doesn’t show up immediately but at the top I see unread feeds, unread watched and then all unread email and then all inboxes and all drafts etc. I think somewhere I have hide read messages but if I space on this it just takes me back to the emails.
