Hi Larry,

I did a Google search for your error message, but really didn't find 
anything conclusive.  Below is the subscription email address for the 
Openbook users list.  I would subscribe and give them a crack at the 
problem.

openbook-users-subscr...@yahoogroups.com

Click on the link above , put subscribe in the subject field, & send.  I 
know I wasn't any help , but maybe the Openbook list will be.  Take care.

  Be sure Open Book is closed before you attempt to remove it.
  Also, use the
  Windows Task Manager to terminate any Open Book processes
