Hello Bharat, First of all, Microsoft stopped showing the status of the protection mode and security zones on the status bar in Internet Explorer 9. The only thing now showing is the zoom level. The bar should probably be renamed to something like the "Zoom bar." You can still get the security zone and protection status by going under the tools menu with Alt+T, pressing O for Options, and using CTRL+Tab key one time to the security settings. Use tab key across the page of the dialog and you will find the security zone and level, and a checkbox that will show if protected mode is on or off.
I am using 64-bit Windows 7, JAWS 12, and CCleaner 64-bit version. If you use the Update button in CCleaner, the resulting page will not show correctly with JAWS. If virtual cursor is on then there is nothing announced as you use up and down arrow keys and the tab key. If you turn off virtual cursor using JAWS key Z, you can at least tab to the links. However, going to the target of the link still doesn't improve anything. As you noted, if you copy the address from the address bar and open it in Firefox the pages work correctly with JAWS using the virtual cursor. It also works if you open a separate instance of Internet Explorer and paste the address to the address bar. You might consider either getting CCleaner updated by using Ninite or download the latest version from www.filehippo.com On the file hippo site CCleaner is listed as a popular download under the second heading on the page. Follow the link for CCleaner and on the resulting page use the link for downloading the latest version. What appears to be happening is that the CCleaner updating button in the interface activates a different executable than what is used for the normal Internet Explorer 9 session. If you use JAWS key with Q after the page loads when using the updating button in CCleaner, JAWS will say that it is using Internet Explorer 0 settings and IExplore.exe for the executable. If you load a normal session of Internet Explorer and use JAWS key Q, you will be told by JAWS that Internet Explorer 9 is active and IEFrame.dll is being used. The JAWS scripts that work with Internet Explorer 9 and IEFrame.DLL are not being used when the browser is being recognized as Internet Explorer 0 and using a different executable. I am not sure if this is a JAWS problem, a CCleaner problem or if it has to do with the 64-bit version of CCleaner. I haven't tried it with Firefox as the browser to launch by default. Take care.
