I have both JAWS 11 and 12 and the skimming a document feature will not work. Are there only certain types of documents that it will work with and will it work on an IE page as well?
I'm following the correct key commands, but it simply will not bring up a virtual document and skim it correctly. Can someone please run through the steps just in case I'm missing one? Thanks.
