Hello Diane, If you are in an open message, you can move into the body of the next message by using CTRL+Shift+period. Using CTRL+Shift+comma will move from the open message into the body of the previous message in the list of messages. If you are in the first message in a list and try to move back a message by using CTRL+Shift+comma, the open message will close and focus will be on the top message in the list. You can also move to the next message and previous message by using CTRL+period or CTRL+comma respectively, but JAWS seems to stay quiet after using those keystrokes even though focus moves.
If by "bundled messages" you are referring to messages grouped by conversation or otherwise grouped, you expand the group using right arrow key and use down arrow to the messages in the group. You collapse a group by using left arrow key. Take care.
