Haven't loaded the beta yet, but will perhaps try later today. Perhaps as a work-around till you figure out what's wrong, you could add the open in browser command to the quick access toolbar. At least this way, you just have to hit alt and one number to achieve the same result. Are you familiar with how to do that?
