Greg- Found it! The option was hiding because I was in your plain text message. Make sure the message is an html one, then select the messages tab, tab to and select the other actions drop down list with the spacebar, and you will find that the open in browser option will be hiding there. Then just press applications key, locate and select add to quick access toolbar. HTH
