Perhaps we in SA, Europe, Australia, Egypt and India, should lobby for
discount on jaws on the basis of the irrelevancy research-it feature

Sorry you seem to be off on research-it.  I find it is quite convenient
and 
use its various features daily.  It is unfortunate that there has been 
occasional trouble with business search or sports, but I find other
features 
to lend themselves to efficiency and productive use.
