Hello there; Well, you will not find, Windows mail on the Microsoft web site, nor any other web site. Windows mail, is the built in client for vista, You can perform a registry tweak, to allow windows mail to function on windows 7. I believe your speaking about windows live mail?
There are folks who are using the earlier version, I believe it's windows live essentials 2009, This version doen't have the ribbon feature, However the latest version does.
