Hi.
Do you have maximized the application window?
If you still have the "Reading phane" active, so try to use tab to
message's, that not will be spoken by Jaws, when pressing enter on it.
It is the way i have solved these problem's, but i have'nt had them since
Jaws 12 was released in the final release.

List, I have been using outlook 2003 for E mail but with a new computer
running windows 7, will try and revisit using windows live mail.
It seems that jaws users have recommended an earlier version of windows live
mail which is part of windows live essentials.
