I left the computer while cooking and eating dinner. It usually goes into a sort of rest mode. When I return to it, the screen is black and i press enter. The screen lights up and then it says something like Miriam log in and I press enter again and I am where I was when I last used it. But tonight when I came back and pressed enter the screen lit up but there was no sound and the keys wouldn't work. With great difficulty, I could find with the mouse that all it seemed to say on the screen is Windows 7 Premium. Even though I was told not to turn it off with the button, I did and turned it on again, but I'm in the same place I was. Any suggestions?
