Hello there; Well, yu didn't indicate whether your using McAfee As your virus program, However, I have a client who was having all sort of problems with McAfee. Apparently, she had someone help her to uninstall McAfee, and install MSE. however, she kept on getting annoying messages from McAfee, So I went to: http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?id=TS100507 I have now solved the problem, I use the removal tool. Other wise, I'm not sure,
