   I have XP and 12.00.
Lately, I've been getting something that pops up saying McAfee site-ad.
It is really annoying. my sighted wife says there is a black box with those words, "Mc Afee site-ad" or, something close to that.
Any ideas on how to stop this?

I was making some changes with C cleaner and got a Google Chrome notice. I went to add/remove programs and deleted Google chrome.
