As this key stroke is the Freedom scientific solution to this problem, I would E mail support at FS. Sounds like you are losing focus if while reading the message in internet explorer after you use this shift plus insert and letter W key combination. When you get bounced back into the actual message in the outlook program, can you alt tab back over to the browser window with the message being accessed through the internet explorer? Good luck. John Thanx for this but it still does not work. After a time I am still reverted back to the original message! Very frustrating! -----Original Message----- From: jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of John R Vaughn Sent: 09 February 2012 04:52 PM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] unable to view outlook messages in web browser Let me give this again, shift plus insert and letter W -----Original Message----- From: jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of John R Vaughn Sent: Thursday, February 09, 2012 9:43 AM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] unable to view outlook messages in web browser Try insert pkey plus shift and letter W. this is a new jaws fix for this problem. There is no other way to read them. That is my problem. You use alt-h plus a plus v to do this. But that command is not working anymore. Normally, Internet Explorer doesn't come into play if you are using an e-mail client such as Microsoft Outlook. Using Jaws 13 on an xp machine with office 2010. For some time now, I am unable for some reason to view my outlook messages in internet explorer as usual. When I press alt.h plus 8a plus v after a delay I am simply back in the main message and windows explorer does not open as usual. When I examine the screen with the jaws cursur, there is a message saying that the view is not available. I can't understand this at all because I did not change anything. Can anyone help?
