Ann, try hitting the letter B while on the page for your video. That should cycle you through the various buttons available. Pause should come up in that list as you scroll through. If not, try the accessible youtube interface I mentioned yesterday: tube.majestyc.net. It's not as stable as the main site, but they call it accessible for a reason. :)
