Deb, Outlook 2010 is accressible out of the box. Perhaps you need to do a JAWS repair. Go back to run the JAWS set up file. Activate the set up file. After it configures your system for JAWS, with the ticks, there should be a little menu of three items. One of them is Repair. That will restore the JAWS to whatever version you use to do the repair.
And, yes, I run Outlook on both release 12 and 13. Good luck.
