Change the default setting and I think it will act how you want. The default settings over ride individual settings.

Well, I do see the virtual cursor and the personalized inline frame settings if I follow Mike's instructions. but even if I set the personalized setting (the second one) to not ignore inline frames and then tab to ok, it makes no difference and the inline frames are still invisible on the web page of interest. I should mention that I've set JFW to ignore inline frames in the default.jcf settings center. so either I'm missing something or JFW 13 is incapable of reading inline frames on a single web page URL of my choosing.

thanks for that. Searching for inline finds the 2 inline frames
references. However, searching for personalized returns no matches
found. the personalized Web Settings however does exist there, in its
altered part.
