Just about any sound card. I suggest you choose from models in the lower
price range simply because they will do for what you are after just as well
as any other sound card no matter the brand or price.

I own a couple of CMedia cards along with a Star Tec, a Turtle Beach which
is a mid range card that I got for another purpose although it has been used
for JAWS in the past as well. I also own a Saiberent (forgive the spelling)
as a couple of them get stored in my tool kit for when I work on somebody
else's system.

Eloquence doesn't require much high fidelity, so a $12.95 card is really all
you need with a set of headphones.

In my case I do a lot of tandem sessions often over Skype out and I found
that having an external sound card is virtually mandatory so I can hear JAWS
independently from the person on the other end. who is often asking
questions or what ever while I am trying to work.
