Hi friends, when I press instert+fn+f11 on my laptop to access the system tray, JAWS says unable to obtain the list of system tray items, does anyone have any ideas why this may be happening please?

Hi Mich, A simple copy and paste will do what you need. Copy your favorites to a flash drive, and then plug that drive into the new machine, then paste them into the Favorites folder on the new machine.
