Hi Jerry. I use Kurzweil 1000 for my ocr needs, But it is very expensive. I like it though. If you are looking for a simple ocr ap do a google search for it. There are some free services where you upload your images and they convert them for you. I have not tried any of these sights however. You could also try downloading a demo of open book or Kurzweil and using the addin for Microsoft word.
