Hi lenny, It sounds like your version of windows live mail has been updated to the the 2011 version. There's a jaws guide available here: http://goo.gl/mnHqJ In windows live mail, groups of contacts are called categories, can details of how to create and use them can be found in the contacts section of this guide. David. original message: It use to work that way for me. I do not know what was changed. If I use shift control c while a message is opened the contact list is presented with the first entry already selected and I can only go through the list. If the email is closed the key combo brings me directly into the add an individual contact where I am first to enter the name etc. I somehow lost the ability to add a group.
