Hello Rob, When in your list of messages in a folder use Alt+F followed by Alt+T to go to the Outlook options. In the categories list box use the letter A to move to the Advance category. Use Alt+E to move to the checkbox that determines if the deleted folder is emptied when exiting Outlook. Use spacebar to check or uncheck the box. Tab to OK and press enter key.
