Hello Rob,

When in your list of messages in a folder use Alt+F followed by Alt+T to go
to the Outlook options. In the categories list box use the letter A to move
to the
Advance category. Use Alt+E to move to the checkbox that determines if the
deleted folder is emptied when exiting Outlook. Use spacebar to check or
uncheck the box. Tab to OK and press enter key.

Take care.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] JFW and Outlook 2010

Hi all,

I'm having difficulty using JFW V. 13 and Outlook 2010. In particular, I
cann't find the option in Outlook to empty the trash folder. I must admit
that I'm new to Office 2010 and I still need to master the concept of the
ribbon. Would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks.

cheers,
Rob
