Hi. You get the Windows Addressbook by pressing ctrl+3, but Microsoft Outlook 2010 is using it's own addressbook, and this you get by pressing shift+ctrl+a. Tab to the listview, and you should be able to see, what you have there, and if something is wrong, edit or delete it. Press shift+tab one time and it will say Search by. The two choices are Name only and more columns. If more columns is checked, you won't see any names in the list. So make sure that name only is checked by selecting it using the arrow keys..
