No decision at all, I doubt chrome would even work with jaws 12, and it doesn't work all that well with 14. The latest version of ie that your o/s and screen reader will support is what you should be using, unless you'd like to try firefox. Firefox works okay with Jaws, but I suspect ie is still better supported.
