You can also just go into the organize favorites from within the favorites menu in the browser and create, rename folders, move and delete links.

In Windows XP, go to the Documents and Settings folder, then to your user name folder, and then to the favorites folder. In Windows 7, go to Users, your user name, favorites. When you are in the favorites folder, press alt-f for the file menu and then select new and then new folder and press enter. Immediately type the name you want for that folder and press enter. Then press enter on that folder to open it. Now alt-Tab back to the favorites folder, find an item you want in that folder and press control-X to cut that item. Now alt-tab back to the new folder and press control-v to paste it into the new folder. Repeat this process for each item you want to place in the new folder. When done, while in the new folder, press alt+f4 to close it. Now go back and create the next new folder and repeat the steps to move items into it.
