Hi Jim,
Try going to the e-mail but don't open it. Just arrow to it on your Inbox
folder. Then Press Alt. Down arrow to save attachments sub menu. Right arrow to
open the sub menu, then down arrow to save all attachments.
I always had a tough time figuring out how to just open without saving, so this
always worked for me. Good luck.
Stephanie

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Outlook 2007 isn't showing me all attachments in a
message.

Hi all, I am running windows 7 with jaws 14. I have outlook 2007. I just
purchased an amtrak ticket. There are two attachments in the email. One is a
thank you for using amtrak message, and the other attachments are supposed to
be my travel documents. When I click on that, it reads the message again, the
thank you for using amtrak. But it isn't showing the ticket information. My
sighted wife could get to it by using the mouse button, but I can't get to that
info. What the heck am I doing wrong? I used to be able to do it, but, now I
can't. help please. Jim
