That's because, Jaws changed that key combo because windows-C is the key that brings up the chamrs in Win 8. The correct command to append to the clipboard for Jaws 14 and up is windows-jaws-c. The Jaws key is either the insert or Caps Loc if you have laptop keypad layout. Take my advice, I don't use it anyway.
