My impression from your first message is that you created a system backup image using the default option built in to windows 7. That is accessible to do quite easily. You should have received a prompt at the end of that procedure to create a repair disk which is not explained at that point but that is something you will need to boot the system from to reload the image you just made.
You only need to create that disk once and everything I have discussed here is doable by a blind person. The reload process is not accessible, for that you will need sited help. I imagine it is possible to memorize the steps involved in the reload process although I have not been able to do it myself as of yet. Even if that were possible you will need help to figure that out as well. I have done system reloads using that process here and it is quite efficient just not accessible like I said. I did some disk back upon first getting my laptop with the help of Mr. Justice, so those disks then would restore it back to what it was then, but not now, is this right?
