hello i am a new user of jaws 14 professional, i have a help interface box appear on the desk top , but when i want to close the box , it says do you want to close jaws, so i can not close the box without closing jaws. is there any way round this. just to mention , that jaws has crashed my laptop a few time,and had to reload my product key, not sure if there is any connection. thanks for any help frank For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/
