Thanks no what I ment was could they run it with speech if they were blind but you answer the questions that needed to be answered. Is jay say still around? I thought the company that made it was out of business?

As far as that goes its like any other piece of software if the person needs a screen reader then they'll need one with Dragon. If they are trying to run Dragon and Jaws then they need JSay, the Jaws interface programme. Since Dragon responds to verbal commands it hears its really pretty impossible to work it without an interface because it hears and tries to respond to Jaws.
