I run two computers; one with XP and JAWS 10 and one with Windows 7 and JAWS 13. Both have the same version of Avast but the one on the windows XP machine announces the daily updates and the windows 7 machine not. I've checked that both machines receive the updates at the same time of the day. I've played around with the Windows 7 and JAWS 13 machine's verbosity settings but this does not make any change so far. Does anyone perhaps know what the reason can be that the windows 7 machine does not announce the updates?
